How to Set Reminders for Participants

To ensure participants stay on track and take action, such as accepting invites or claiming incentives, you can set up reminders in your Ayda account. Here’s how to manage reminders:
 

Set Reminders for Your Account:

  1. Go to Settings: On the left side menu, click on Settings.
  2. Navigate to Message Settings: Select the Message Settings tab under Settings.
  3. Set Frequency and Interval: In this section, you can adjust the reminder frequency and interval to apply across all your projects.
     

Set Project-Specific Reminders:

  1. Access the Project: Go to the project where you want to set custom reminders.
  2. Go to Settings: In the project menu, click on Settings.
  3. Select Message Settings: From there, you can configure the reminder settings for that specific project.

By following these steps, you can manage reminders either across your account or individually for each project.
