How Do I Create a Project?

To pay participants using Ayda, you first need to create a project. This only takes a few simple steps:


Step 1: Create Your Project

From your dashboard:

  • Click “Create” under the Project card
  • Enter the following details:
    • Project Name (visible to participants)
    • Reference & Description (internal use only)
    • Currency

Step 2: Use Your Bank Reference Code

Once your project is created, you’ll receive a bank reference code.

  • Use this code if you’re funding the project directly via bank transfer
  • If you’re topping up your wallet instead, use your wallet reference code

Step 3: Assign a Researcher

Select a researcher for the project and click “Create Project” to finish.

Managing Your Project

After creation, you can manage your project through these tabs:

  • Overview – View project details.
  • Participants – Add and manage participants.
  • Settings – Access invoices and set reminders.
  • Routes – Configure payment options.
