What Is AydaSign?

Modified on Wed, 13 May at 2:42 PM

AydaSign is Ayda's built-in e-signature feature. It allows researchers to create, send, and collect signed documents from participants directly within the Ayda platform — without needing a separate e-signature tool.

What can AydaSign do?

  • Create reusable document templates (e.g. consent forms, NDAs, participation agreements)
  • Add a document to a specific project and send it to participants
  • Allow participants to sign documents digitally from any device
  • Track which participants have signed and which have not
  • Store signed documents securely within the project

Who uses AydaSign?

AydaSign is used by researchers who need participants to sign documents before, during, or after a research project. It is particularly useful for:

  • Informed consent forms for qualitative or sensitive research
  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for proprietary studies
  • Participation agreements confirming study terms

Do participants need an account to sign?

Participants do not need an existing Ayda account to sign a document. They can sign directly from the link sent to them by email. If they are also claiming an incentive, they will be prompted to log in or register at that stage.

Is AydaSign available on all accounts?

AydaSign is an add-on feature. If you would like to access AydaSign option in your account, contact sales@helloayda.com
