What Is AydaSign?

AydaSign is Ayda’s document management feature that allows researchers to create, send, sign, track, and store participant documents within the Ayda platform. AydaSign is commonly used for:

  • Informed consent forms
  • NDAs
  • Participant agreements
  • Research documentation

AydaSign combines document management and participant payments in one platform and stores signed documents in a GDPR-compliant way.

How to Access AydaSign

  1. Log in to your Ayda account.
  2. Select Documents from the left-hand menu.

The Documents section is used to:

  • Create templates
  • Create documents
  • Store signed files
  • Track document activity

Template

A template is a reusable document structure. Templates are used to standardise documents across multiple projects. When attached to a project, a template becomes a document.

  1. Go to Documents.
  2. Create a new template.
  3. Add the document content.
  4. Save the template.
Document

A document is the final version sent to participants for review and signature. Documents are always linked to a specific project.

  1. Go to Documents.
  2. Select an existing template or create a new document.
  3. Review the content.
  4. Save the document.

The document can then be attached to a project.

  1. Open the relevant project.
  2. Add the document to the project.
  3. Assign the document to participants.

Once added, the document can be sent for signing.

After a document is added to a project:

  • AydaSign sends participant emails automatically
  • Participants receive a signing link
  • Reminder emails may also be sent automatically

Participants can review and sign documents online.

Signed documents are securely stored within Ayda. To access signed documents:

  1. Go to the Reports section.
  2. Open the relevant project or participant record.
  3. View or download the signed document.
