If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can do this directly from the Ayda login page.

Reset Your Password

1. Go to Hello Ayda.
2. Select Log In.
3. Click Forgot Password.
4. Enter the email address associated with your account.
5. Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox to create a new password.

If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email

If the password reset email does not arrive:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Search for emails from
• Confirm you entered the correct email address associated with your account
