How to Manage Users in Your Ayda Account

Ayda allows account administrators to manage user access directly within the platform.


Add a New User

To add a new user to your Ayda account:

  1. Log in to your Ayda account at Hello Ayda.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Users section.
  4. Select Add New User.
  5. Enter the new user’s details.
  6. Save the changes.

The new user will then receive access to the account based on the permissions assigned to them.

Managing Existing Users

Within the Users section, administrators can also:

  • View existing users
  • Update user details
  • Remove users from the account if needed
