Ayda allows account administrators to manage user access directly within the platform.
Add a New User
To add a new user to your Ayda account:
- Log in to your Ayda account at Hello Ayda.
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Select Add New User.
- Enter the new user’s details.
- Save the changes.
The new user will then receive access to the account based on the permissions assigned to them.
Managing Existing Users
Within the Users section, administrators can also:
- View existing users
- Update user details
- Remove users from the account if needed
