Participants can only claim an incentive after the researcher marks their participation as complete and releases the incentive for claiming. Until the incentive is released, the claim option will not be available in Ayda.

How Will I Know When My Incentive Is Ready?

Ayda will send you an email notification when your incentive is available to claim. The email will contain instructions on how to log in and complete your claim.

2. Open the relevant project card.

Can Ayda Speed Up the Incentive Release?

No. Ayda does not control when incentives are released. The researcher managing the project decides:

• When participation is marked as complete
• When incentives are released for claiming
