Ayda is a secure platform used by research organisations to pay participants for taking part in studies, surveys, and research projects.
If you have received an email from Ayda, it is because a researcher has added you to a research project and wants to send you an incentive (payment) for your participation.
What does Ayda do?
- Securely manages incentive payments to research participants
- Allows participants to choose how they receive their payment (bank transfer, PayPal, or voucher)
- Stores signed documents such as consent forms
- Protects researchers and participants with built-in fraud prevention
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. To claim your incentive, you will need to create a free Ayda account using the email address the researcher has on file for you. This is usually the email address you used to sign up for the research study.
Creating an account is quick and free. You will be guided through the process when you click the claim link in your email.
Is Ayda safe?
Yes. Ayda is a GDPR-compliant platform. Your personal data is handled securely and is only shared with the researcher organisation that added you to the project. Ayda does not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes.
Who do I contact if I have a problem?
For questions about your incentive or your Ayda account, contact the Ayda support team at support@helloayda.com.
For questions about the research study itself (what it was about, why you were selected, etc.), contact the researcher or research organisation directly.
