1. Access Ayda
   Visit app.helloayda.com or click on the registration link provided in the invitation email from Ayda, then click the "Register as new user?".
    
2. Complete the registration form 
   Fill out the registration form with accurate information, including using the email address where you received the invitation. This ensures a seamless connection between the research study and your Ayda account.
    
3. Step 3: Confirm your registration
   Once the registration form is complete, you'll receive a confirmation link via email. Click the link to confirm your registration.
    
4. Step 4: Sign in to your Ayda account
   Return to app.helloayda.com and use the credentials you provided during registration to sign into your Ayda account!
