Participants must register on Ayda using their real legal name as it appears on their bank account or payment method. Using the correct name helps:
- Prevent payment issues
- Avoid verification problems
- Ensure incentives can be processed successfully
When Can a Name Be Changed?
Name changes are only allowed:
- To correct a typo or spelling mistake
- For legal name changes
Ayda does not allow account ownership transfers or name changes to third parties. Example:
- Correcting “Jonh Smith” to “John Smith” is allowed
- Changing the account from one person to another is not allowed
Important Information
- A participant name can only be changed once
- The updated name must belong to the original account holder
- Additional verification may be required before the change is approved
How to Update Your Name
Step 1: Sign In
Go to Ayda App and log in to your account.
Step 2: Open Your Profile
Navigate to your profile or account settings section.
Step 3: Update Your Name
Edit the name field and enter the correct information.
Save the changes to update your profile.
