Why Can’t I Submit My Incentive Claim?

Common Details to Check

Name on the Bank Account

If you are claiming your incentive via bank transfer:

• The bank account must belong to you
• The name on your Ayda account must match the name on your bank account

Payments cannot be made to third-party bank accounts.

Sort Code and Bank Account Number

Make sure:

• The sort code is entered correctly
• The bank account number is correct
• No digits are missing or duplicated

Incorrect bank details may prevent the claim form from being submitted. If you submitted incorrect bank details, we might not be able to recover the funds.

Date of Birth

Your date of birth must be entered in the correct format. Use:

• The date picker, or
• The format: 2 Jan 2024

Incorrect date formatting may cause validation errors.

Address Information

Make sure your address details are complete and accurate. Pay special attention to:

• Postcode
• Zip code
• Country selection

Incorrect address information may stop the claim from processing.

What Happens After a Successful Claim?

If all details are entered correctly:

• The claim form will submit successfully
• A confirmation message will appear on screen
• Your incentive payment will begin processing

• Double-check all personal details
• Confirm bank details are correct
• Make sure you are using your own payment account
• Review all required fields for missing information
