Setting up Ayda for the first time is simple. To get started, contact the Ayda team by emailing sales@helloayda.com or visit helloayda.com to book a meeting.
What happens during onboarding
During the onboarding process, the Ayda team will:
- Walk you through the account setup process
- Create your company account
- Register your researchers and users
- Provide access to the platform
- Confirm your payment currency and wallet settings
What to expect after setup
Once setup is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details. Your team will be ready to start using Ayda immediately.
Your first steps will be to:
- Log in to your dashboard at the link provided in your confirmation email
- Create your first project (see: How Do I Create a Project?)
- Add participants to your project
- Fund your project and release incentives
