How Do I Set Up Ayda For The First Time?

Setting up Ayda for the first time is simple. To get started, contact the Ayda team by emailing sales@helloayda.com or visit helloayda.com to book a meeting.

 

What happens during onboarding

During the onboarding process, the Ayda team will:

  • Walk you through the account setup process
  • Create your company account
  • Register your researchers and users
  • Provide access to the platform
  • Confirm your payment currency and wallet settings

 

What to expect after setup

Once setup is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details. Your team will be ready to start using Ayda immediately.

Your first steps will be to:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at the link provided in your confirmation email
  2. Create your first project (see: How Do I Create a Project?)
  3. Add participants to your project
  4. Fund your project and release incentives
