Unique Bank Reference Codes

Modified on Wed, 13 May at 12:15 PM

Your unique bank reference codes ensure that any funds transferred into Ayda will immediately be available for use.

If you forget to use one of these codes, the funds will take up to 1 business day to be available for use.

How many unique bank reference codes do I have?

At a Company level, you have one unique bank reference code for each currency you're set up to use.

You will also see that each project also has a unique reference code. If you use this code the funds will be available for that project.

How to top your wallet up using your unique bank reference code:

You should always use your bank reference code when topping up your Ayda Wallet. Here's how to do it:

  1. The bank reference code can be found by clicking Add Funds in your wallet, during the project creation process, or on your pro forma invoice.

  2. Enter the  code as the first 6 characters of the reference when topping up your Ayda wallet. For example, use the GBP bank reference code when adding funds to your GBP wallet.
