To pay participants through Ayda, you’ll need to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account. You can either top up your Ayda Wallet or add funds directly to a specific project. Funds in your Ayda Wallet can be used across any of your projects.
1. Add Funds to Your Wallet
Once you log in, your wallet balance is displayed on your dashboard.
To add funds:
- Click “Add Funds”
- Select your preferred currency
- Enter the amount you want to add
Important:
- Make sure you select the correct currency, as transfers between wallets are not supported.
- All accounts include a GBP wallet by default. To enable USD or EUR wallets, contact support@helloayda.com
2. Generate a Pro Forma Invoice (Optional)
You can choose to generate a pro forma invoice when adding funds.
This is not a VAT invoice, but it helps finance teams track and approve payments.
If selected:
- You’ll receive the invoice via email
- It will also be available in your Reports section
3. Complete the Bank Transfer
If you don’t generate a pro forma invoice, you’ll be shown Ayda’s bank transfer details directly. If you do generate one, the same details will be included in the invoice.
To complete your top-up, simply make a bank transfer using these details.
Always include the bank reference code to ensure your funds are processed automatically. Without it, your funds may take up to 2 working days to be credited.
