Troubleshoot signing in 

  1. Refresh the page
    Start the process again by clicking on the Ayda logo in the top left-hand corner of the page. This action will refresh the page and may resolve the issue
     
  2. Sign out and sign in again
    Click the three green lines or your email in the top right-hand corner. Choose to sign out of your account, close all open Ayda tabs, and then open a new tab at app.helloayda.com and sign in again.
     
  3. Change your internet connection or browser
    Consider changing your internet connection or trying a different web browser if the issue persists. Connectivity issues and browser compatibility may contribute to signing in errors.
     
  4. Contact Ayda Support
    If the troubleshooting steps above don't resolve the problem, contact our Support team at support@helloayda.com. Include a screenshot of the error message to provide our team with a clearer understanding of the issue
