Let Participants Know About Ayda

Always inform participants that their incentive will be paid through Ayda. This helps them recognise our emails and understand how they will receive their payment.


Set Clear Payment Expectations

Let participants know when they should expect to hear from Ayda. This can help avoid participants contacting support before the project or incentive upload has been completed.


If a Participant Cannot Find the Email

If a participant says they have not received an email from Ayda:

  1. Check the platform to confirm the participant email address provided is correct.
  2. Ask the participant to check their spam or junk folder for an email from .
  3. Participants can also go directly to Hello Ayda and register or log in to access their incentive.

If the Platform Shows the Incentive as Paid

If a participant says they have not received their incentive but the platform shows the payment as completed, ask them to log in and review the payment details they provided to ensure all information is correct.
