How to Customise Emails When Releasing Incentives

When releasing incentives to participants, you can customise the email they will receive. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the participant tab in your project.
  2. Select the participant.
  3. Allocate the incentive.
  4. Click to release the incentive.

In Step 7, you will be asked:
“Do you want to customise the email that we’ll send to the participant, informing them of their incentive?”

  • If you select No, the participant will receive the default Ayda email, which includes basic information about their incentive.
  • If you select Yes, you will be directed to the email builder, where you can:
    • Personalise the message using merge fields.
    • Insert images like your logo or other visuals.
    • Edit the text to match your style and tone.

This option allows you to create a more personalised experience for your participants.
