How Do I Generate Reports?

We've designed the Reports tab to empower you with a comprehensive overview of your payments. Located on the left menu of your Dashboard, it gives you complete visibility of your financial activities in Ayda.
 

Creating reports 

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab in the left menu. 
  2. Choose the report type and date range for a tailored view of your financial data. 

 

Reporting options 


Excel Summary Statement report

The Excel Summary Statement is a powerful tool for tracking and summarising money movement within your company's balance. This detailed spreadsheet offers insights into: 

  • Total funds deposited into the company's account. 
  • Allocated funds for specific projects. 
  • Associated fees and deducted VAT. 
  • Rebates to the company's bank account. 
  • Details on cancelled and unclaimed incentives.
     

Project Finance Summary report

Similar to the Excel Summary Statement, the Project Finance Summary narrows its focus to individual projects. This report provides a detailed breakdown of financial activities within each project, including: 

  • Tracking claimed funds within the project. 
  • Highlighting unclaimed funds specific to the project. 
  • Displaying unallocated funds earmarked for the project but not yet assigned. 

This report offers a detailed view of the financial dynamics within each project, enabling you to monitor fund movements, allocations and unclaimed amounts. 

 

Updated access to reports

From March 2024, you can only view reports that you've generated. This means you won't be able to view reports generated across your company's account.
